				Yes, we offer a shared shuttle between Liberia Airport and Nosara. It departs Nosara at 8:00 am, arriving at the airport by 11:00 am, and departs Liberia Airport at 2:30 pm. The price is $75 per seat.

				To make a reservation, we need the name of the passenger, email, the number of passengers, the origin, and destination, and if it’s an airport service, the flight number, airline, and time of arrival or departure.
					 Can I book a round trip, and is there any discount? 
							
			
			
		
						
				Yes, you can book a round trip. If you book a round trip to or from SJO Airport or Liberia Airport at once, we offer a $15 discount on the total price.

				For airport pickups, please provide your flight number, airline, and arrival time. This helps us track your flight and ensure timely pickup.

				Yes, we offer private services to various destinations, including Nicoya, Tamarindo, Monteverde, and more. Prices vary based on the location and number of passengers.

				The travel time between Nosara and Liberia Airport is approximately 2.5 hours, and the travel time between Nosara and SJO Airport in San José is about 5 hours. We recommend a 30-minute buffer time due to road conditions.

				Yes, we do. It’s important to clarify if you need service from San José town or SJO Airport since there is a price difference. The price from SJO Airport to Nosara is $350 for 1 to 4 passengers, plus $15 per additional passenger.

				We accept all major credit cards online. Payments are processed by PayPal (with or without a PayPal account) or through our bank via a secure link sent to your email or WhatsApp. For rides from Nosara, we also take cash in colones or dollars. The driver has no Credit Card Reader.

				Yes, our drivers are fully licensed, experienced, and insured, adhering to the latest safety protocols.
					 Do you operate 24/7? 
							
			
			
		
						
				Yes, we operate 24/7, 365 days a year, ensuring you get to your destination on time, every time. The reservation office is open from 7:00 am, to 8:00 pm Monday to Sunday (CST) (GMT-6).
					 Can I reserve a shuttle last minute? 
							
			
			
		
						
				While we recommend booking in advance, we do accommodate last-minute reservations whenever possible.

				Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund.
					 Do you have a deposit requirement? 
							
			
			
		
						
				Yes, a non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your booking.
					 Are there any penalties for no-shows? 
							
			
			
		
						
				No-shows are charged 100% of the service rate.
					 What happens if my flight is delayed? 
							
			
			
		
						
				We track your flight by airline and flight number. If your flight is delayed, our driver will wait up to 4 hours after the scheduled arrival time. After the plane lands, the driver will wait up to 1 hour for you to clear immigration and customs. If you don’t come out, it counts as a no-show. Please stay in touch with our office if you have delays or need extra time.
					 Are there any luggage restrictions? 
							
			
			
		
						
				Each passenger is allowed two pieces of luggage and one carry-on. If you bring more luggage, please let us know about this, so we can have a van the size you need.
					 What safety and respect policies do you have? 
							
			
			
		
						
				We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, and violence.
					 Do you allow unaccompanied minors? 
							
			
			
		
						
				Only teenagers aged 12 and older are allowed to travel unaccompanied.

				Changes can be requested up to 5 working hours before the scheduled time.
